Setting up!

Well I'm about to leave the house. I had 2 cups of watered down coffee (oops! yuck!) 1 1/2 glasses of water, half a granny smith apple and 1 slice of light wheat (only 45 cal!) toast plain.

I actually feel pretty rejuvenated :D

Wish me luck! I have a goal of only eating ONE small salad tonight ( I just want to see if I can do it), so send me some encouragement !

    Ps, up your water intake! Drinking lots of water gives you water weight yes, but drinking lots of water makes you pee out toxins (...that doesn't look spelt right...) and FAT! If you sleep in sweats under all the covers whether you're cold or not, you'll sweat out all the water weight (if you really want to, I don't like to, you pee it all off eventually)- plus TONS of water = fat flush (bye bye fat!), glowy happy skin, and totally not being thirsty like ever. lol.
